CEG conducts value engineering after the signing of the Design Memorandum (DB) or a Design Basis Report (DBR) Is completed. This study is done to provide possible alternatives that will enhance the efficiency of the project in terms of design development processes, construction systems, priorities and cost. Determinations of these alternatives are done by a decision-making panel composed by the representatives from Engineering, quantity Survey and the client.
